We had a great Thanksgiving with lots of good eats at the church with a lot of people from the ward, but we forgot our camera. So, instead of putting up the classic Thanksgiving pics, we are going to share the only Thanksgiving pics we got (of our F.H.E about the first Thanksgiving).

We were lucky to snap this shot, since many of the previous ones were not so great! Alexia was much more interested in coloring than posing as a pilgrim.

Adelaide helped draw the feathers and the squares for the buckles, and Alexia helped color on all the scratch paper.

Jared had his turn being a peppy pilgrim!

In the end, Adelaide and Alexia did a role reversal, and Addie tried out being a proper little pilgrim and Lexie tried out being a native american princess.
We love Thanksgiving and are grateful for those people that set it up for the first time, since it is one of the best holidays!
Look how cute you are to make pilgrim hats and indian feathers for an FHE! SO CUTE. Whenever I see your pictures it makes me miss you guys even more!
ReplyDeleteCute that you acted out the first Thanksgiving. Next year just leave off the buckles. They didn't have any. Hope you a have a Merry Christmas.
