This year marked a 1st for Addie, Lexi, Jed, and me.
We got to pick blueberries for the first time. Above is Lexi Loo with her berry that's blue.
I looked in the berry bush, and what did I see? Many caterpillars looking yellow and hairy.
We had some of the cutest berry pickers there, including...
Jed! At one point, I found that he had grasped onto the vine, feeling the need to put in his fair share of the work.
Amber, Trinity's mom, and I had a good laugh due to this picture. Because of the berries and dirt on her face, combined with the look on her face, she looks like an absolutely neglected child! As you will see in later posts, she is not neglected; she is an absolutely gorgeous baby girl!

Blueberry Crisp. The recipe that I found is so delicious and only calls for 5 ingredients (6 if you count the vanilla ice cream to serve with it). Oh, and don't fear the Mayo; it truly turns out DELISH!!!
