ABCs for LEXI

Another year means another preschool swap is underway, but this time it is for . . .
our little Miss Alexia Pete,
our beautiful ray of sunshine.

On one of the first preschool days, I arranged the kids into all of the letters of the alphabet with their BODIES, because the letter of the day was B.

Funny thing, . . . I was so preoccupied with getting them to lay in the right position that I never even thought to tell them to smile.

So, we did...
 all the way through to
with only one smile from one boy
on the letter X, and it was a funny one!

Ha ha!  At least the letters look pretty good, minus the straight or sour faces that the preschoolers pulled!

Another sweet, cute moment happened one day while Addie was at school.  Because Lexi was missing her, she decided to draw Adelaide, and had me cut it out for her so that she could have an 'Addie paper doll' to be her friend.  I thought this was ADORABLE!  I am so grateful that my girls love and miss each other.  When Adelaide found out about this, she felt so good.  She likes feeling missed when she has been away; . . . but, honestly, who doesn't?
