Our Oldest is Baptized

Addie got baptized as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on October 6, 2013.

 She looked so cute and radiant!

 A HUGE thanks to Jared's mom who got together all the supplies and enlisted Kaylie and Jared to make these super cute favors for the table!  They were awesome!

 She had many super cute people at her baptism to support her;o)

 We love our sweet girl!  It was a beautiful baptism, and it was a super sweet thing to see her Daddy get a bit choked up during it.  Another thing to remember is that Addie did get baptized twice, since the first time her sweet feet popped up.  Luckily, the second time was the charm!

* A HUGE thanks to Grandma Palmer who sewed this gorgeous dress.  Funny note:  She let me sew the lace and bow on the dress and then tried to pass off making the dress as being an equal endeavor between the two of us.  To have me do more on the dress was our original plan, but that quickly changed when Lexi had to go in for emergency surgery on her knee this summer.  My mom was sweet and finished it off, knowing that I would be too preoccupied with the craziness to sew more!

 It is the son of my best friend from elementary!!!  I was thrilled to catch up with Jamie Kay and loved seeing that her son looked just like his beautiful mommy!

 I love how strong and amazing Jamie is and how devoted of a mom she is!!!

 My sweet Adelaide was showered with very thoughtful gifts from family!

She is a very blessed little girl!
