Triple Date

We actually went on a date;o)  We go on very few.  So, when the Jensen's planned a triple date with us and the Maygrens, we were more than thrilled to take part.

 Our usual places that we go out to are usually your cheap to average chain restaurants.  Not so this time!!!  We went to The ChopHouse, which was absolutely fabulous!  It had a great atmosphere, a great view, great cuisine; most importantly, though,...

 We were with great company!

 Emmy is a big fan of fine dining, so she graced us with her presence!  Fortunately, she was a sweetie until almost the very end when she did not want us to 'linger longer!'  She is definitely her daddy's daughter; do you see the resemblance as much as I do???

 While the pictured creme brulee that Jared and I shared was super delish, my personal favorite was the Buffalo style calamari.  I LOVE buffalo wings, so doing this twist to make that taste a fine dining experience tickled my brain and made my taste buds do a happy dance!!!  It really is one of my absolute favorite things that I have ever eaten!!!!!

Best of all, my kids were happy and having a blast with their friends while we were out!  THANK YOU to the Jensens!  You made our night!
