A few months ago, our Emmy girl turned one! In an effort to celebrate that this would be her FIRST birthday, but also likely her LAST birthday ever in New Jersey, the girls helped pick the SHORE theme for her party!
We stayed home and kept things low budget and simple (since her birthday was within our moving month)!
Despite the simplicity, the kids had a blast playing at their in home shore.

Each kid gave Em a gift (one from the Dollar Store to stay in the budget)!

Keeping with our shore theme, we ate hobo dinners.
They were baked in the oven and then transfered to our cardboard firepit, that was made by Jared and the kids to further cook;o)
I love the simple joys of life, and Emmy's birthday was full of them!
