I am getting up there;o)
Why I am happy about this year is because, this will be the first year for me that Jared will not be in schooling and/or training, and that we own a home. I have loved having Jared home more!!! He is a great hub, and he was sweet enough to make me 'peanut-free' scotcheroos for my birthday (which is a big deal, since we barely found peanut-free butterscotch chips after years of looking)!!!On my birthday, we went to The Rainforest Cafe, simply because Lexi had been dying to go there; plus, I thought it would be fun for the whole family.
We got to be with our little froggies right by a big fish tank in a round booth!
The girls also decided that me getting sung to for my birthday was a good idea, and I thought so, too, after getting a free dessert to share.
We came home, and made a big mess unwrapping presents, and enjoying a lot of homemade and regifted presents from my sweet girls!
It was a happy birthday, with an especial thanks to my hubby who worked hard to help it be that way.
